The agreement between you, the mosque and Sabeel.
Reservations and confirmation
A reservation holds a seat; it does not guarantee it. A seat is confirmed only when payment for it has cleared in full. The payment deadline is two months before departure. Reservations not paid in full by that date expire automatically and the seat returns to the pool.
Minimum group size
Every group requires five confirmed travelers. If a group has fewer at the payment deadline it is cancelled and all payments are refunded in full within 5–10 business days. No cancellation fee applies, because the cancellation is ours.
Cancellation by the traveler
Cancel 60 or more days before departure for a full refund. Between 30 and 59 days, 25% of the amount paid is retained. Between 14 and 29 days, 50%. Inside 14 days no refund is available, because flights and hotels have been paid for by then.
Passports and visas
Your passport must be valid for six months beyond the return date. Providing accurate passport details is your responsibility; a visa refused because of incorrect details is not refundable. We will tell you as soon as we spot a problem, but we cannot verify a document we have not been given.
