How it works
Five steps, in this order. A seat isn't yours until the step before it is done — which is the part most people are unsure about, so it's worth reading once.

Find a group
Browse by month, price, package or the mosque running it. Every group shows a live seat manifest — how many travelers are confirmed, how many are holding seats, and how many are open.
No account needed to browse.

Enter traveler details
Names exactly as printed in the passport, dates of birth, nationalities and passport numbers. We check that each passport stays valid for 6 months past the return date and stop you before a reservation is made if one doesn't.
You can reserve for up to 12 people at once.

Your seat is held
A reservation holds the seat — it does not confirm it. The seat stays yours until the payment deadline, and the group's manifest shows it as held rather than confirmed.
Held seats don't count toward the group's minimum.

Pay in full before the deadline
The deadline is 2 months before departure, to the day. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer, in one go or in instalments. The moment the balance reaches zero the seat is confirmed and your invoice is issued.
Miss it and the seat is released automatically.

Travel together
Once the group passes its minimum the trip is locked in. Your itinerary, travel documents and passenger checklist appear in your account, and your mosque's coordinator travels with the group.
