Seats, invoices, passports and payment status live on one screen. No spreadsheet, no group chat, no reconciling who sent what by hand.
The minimum is enforced for you
If a group doesn't reach 5 confirmed travellers by its deadline, it is cancelled automatically and everyone is refunded in full — without you having to make the call.
The chasing is automatic
Payment reminders go out on a schedule. Unpaid seats expire on their own and return to the pool. You see who has paid without asking anyone.
You keep the relationship
Your name is on the group, your coordinator leads it, and travellers book because it's you. We stay in the background.
Organising a group is real work. We pay for it.
Rewards are calculated from confirmed travelers only — a held seat that never pays unlocks nothing. They appear in your dashboard from the first booking and update as the group fills.

Getting started, publicly
This is the route for a group anyone can find and book. A private group skips the first two steps entirely — there is nothing for us to verify when the only people who can see the group are the ones you hand the link to.

Send your details
Who you are, where you're based, your VAT number, and the coordinator who will run and travel with the group.

We verify
Usually within two working days. We check the VAT number against VIES and speak with your coordinator by phone.

Build your first group
Dates, hotels, flights, inclusions and price per person. Departure must be at least 67 days out so travelers have time to book before the payment deadline.

We review and publish
An administrator checks the group before it goes live on the homepage and in search. A private group needs no review: you publish it yourself and share the link.
