What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
To process a visa we need each traveler's full name as printed in the passport, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, issue and expiry dates, and a scan of the photo page. We also hold an emergency contact for each traveler.
We collect nothing beyond what the Saudi visa process and the airline require.
Who sees it
Passport details are shared with the licensed Saudi operator handling the group's visas and with the airline. Your mosque's coordinator sees traveler names, contact details and payment status — not passport numbers or documents.
We never sell data and never share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Passport scans are deleted twelve months after the trip returns. Booking and payment records are kept for seven years, which is what tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; records we are legally required to keep are anonymised instead.
