Long before travel agencies, groups formed at the mosque. Someone the congregation trusted would gather names, arrange flights and hotels, and lead everyone through the journey. That model still works better than anything that replaced it — travelers go with people they know, and the group looks after its own.

What it lacked was infrastructure. Coordinators tracked deposits in notebooks, chased payments over WhatsApp, and carried real financial risk if a group fell short. Sabeel keeps the mosque at the centre and takes the administration off their hands.

One price covers the whole journey: the coach from your departure city, the flight, the visa, the hotels and every transfer in Saudi Arabia. It is agreed before you book and nothing is added afterwards.

If a group does not reach five confirmed travellers by the payment deadline, the trip is cancelled and every payment is refunded in full. That rule is enforced by the platform, not by a person remembering to apply it.

Organising a group is real work. The reward ladder is our way of paying for it: a credit toward your own seat once the group is viable, a fully covered seat at ten confirmed travelers, and a second seat at twenty. It is calculated automatically and visible in your dashboard from the first booking.
